Master Control, located on the first floor of our facility, will be your primary point of contact.  All tape drop-offs, equipment reservation, check-outs and returns, as well as editing reservations and general questions, are done through Master Control.

Our Chief Operations Engineer is Josh Boedeker .  He and his assistants will be happy to assist you with any needs you may have.  Master Control is open Monday through Friday 1pm - 9pm for your convenience.

NOTE: All tapes/DVDs for playback, must be delivered to Master Control 48 hours prior to scheduled or intended playback.
