TBNK to conduct Public Input Meeting on Future Cable Television Needs
March 30th - 6:00p.m. at Planning and Development Services of Kenton County (PDS) at 2332 Royal Drive in Fort Mitchell.
As part of the cable television franchise renewal process with Charter, the Telecommunications Board of Northern Kentucky will be conducting a public input meeting on March 30th to allow residents to comment on desired future cable television service needs, including needs and interests for cable related information and communication and local community television programming on public, educational, and governmental (PEG) access channels.
The meeting is not intended to examine the past performance of the cable company, but rather to look to what is needed going forward. TBNK is prohibited by federal law from regulating the rates and packaging of programming services, so those topics will not be a part of the discussion.
