COMMUNITY PROGRAM CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE
MEETING MINUTES
November 8, 1999



CALL TO ORDER
	The meeting of the Community Program Center Advisory Committee was 
	called to order by Chairman Joe Hackman on Monday, November 8, 1999 
	in the Community Program Center Studio.


ROLL CALL
	Mr. Ted Bushelman calls the roll.  Mr. Hackman, Mr. Wilson, Mr. 
	Bushelman, Ms. Mullins, and Mr. Stephenson were present.  Mr. 
	Edmondson, Mr. Best, and Ms. Sebastion were absent.  Also in 
	attendance was a substitute legal advisor for  Mr. Bill Gullett from 
	Brown, Todd and Heyburn.  Mr. Chip Baker, Executive Director of TBNK 
	and Ms. Kelly Trutschel, CPC Programming Director.   


PRAYER AND PLEDGE
	Mr. Bushelman offered prayer and pledge.


APPROVAL OF AGENDA
	Upon motion of Mr. Stephenson, second by Mr. Wilson, the agenda was 
	approved.  Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES 
	Upon motion of Mr. Stephenson, second by Ms. Mullins, the minutes of the    
	September 1, 1999 meeting was approved.  Motion passed unanimously by 
	voice vote. 

CPC OPERATIONS REPORT
	Kelly Trutschel reported on the two new field kits are being put to use. 
	Their waiting on bids for the Dimmer Board.  Also they have been planning 
	for the Blue Chip Awards.  A field trip with about 25 students came to the 
	center.  There is new programming on channel 15 from the Department of 
	Education.  Programming went down in the month of September.  Kelly also 
	introduced the amended rules that were suggested to be added to the policy 
	and procedures manual.

	Motion by Mr. Wilson to accept the memo and have it presented the board 
	members, second by Ms. Mullins.  Motion passed unanimously by voice vote.

INSIGHT COMMUNICATIONS REPORT
	Mr. Baker reported the Insight agreed to change Channel 12, the education 
	channel.  Also the new General Manager at Insight is Mr. Jim Stewart.


NEXT MEETING
	The next meeting is scheduled for January 2000.


ADJOURNMENT
	Upon motion of Mr. Stephenson, second by Mr. Wilson to adjourn the meeting.  
	Motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
