MEETING MINUTES
May 7, 2003
	

CALL TO ORDER
The CPCAC May 7, 2003 meeting was called to order by Ted Bushelman.

ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE
			Mr. Foster calls the roll. 
Members Present: 	Ted Bushelman, Ken Skelton, Jeff Foster, Jerry Schrepfer, Chris McGreevy, Pam
			Mullins
Members Absent:  	Butch Hamm, Betty Sander  
Also Present:  		Mr. Broering, TBNK Executive Director, and Mr. Bryan White, CPC Production
			Director, Mark Spicer, TBNK Vice-Chair

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Mr. Schrepfer made a motion to approve the agenda for the CPCAC May 7, 2003 meeting second by Ms. Mullins.
Motion passed by unanimous vote.


APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion by Mr. McGreevy to accept the February minutes second by Mr. Foster. Motion passed by unanimous
vote.

CPC OPERATIONS REPORT
Bryan White Reported:
* Did regular season and playoffs for Basketball
* Clip of Swimming Tournment Coverage
* TBNK.ORG website redesigned, a lot of good information
* Shutdown was successful, about 95% of goals were accomplished
* ACM Conference was a success
* Covered the Capture for Kids for St. Judes research hospital
* Blue Chips Awards had many nominations/ had 4 producer winners
* Covered "Guns and Hoses" Boxing Event; police officers boxing firefighters for charity
* Clip of European Approaches to Language, covered for the library and Kenton County Dept. of Education
* Clip of all the Blue Chip Winners: OH/KY All Star Basketball Tournament, produced by All Volunteer Cable
  One, Travels with Smiley produced by Ken Skelton, Ollie's Christmas Special produced by Jeff Foster,
  City Nights: An Evening with the Star Devils produced by Jason Dudas, Bryan White, Jeff Shire
* Clip of Lights, Camera, Books
* CPC Sports Promo
* CPC Baseball Promo
* Clip of Basketball Coverage
* Clip of Chalk Talk


CPC REPORT
* Lease extension has been approved, we signed another 5 year lease
* CPC Ad in What's Happening Publications
* Working with the Library to do more programming
* Time Base Correctors have been ordered for all channels
* Working on upgrading Master Control and Bulletin Board Equipment
