COMMUNITY PROGRAM CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES August 6, 2003 CALL TO ORDER The CPCAC August 6, 2003 meeting was called to order by Ted Bushelman. ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE Mr. Foster calls the roll. Members Present: Ted Bushelman, Ken Skelton, Jeff Foster, Pam Mullins, Butch Hamm, Betty Sander, Chris McGreevy and Jerry Schrepfer Members Absent: None Also Present: Mr. Broering, TBNK Executive Director, and Mr. Jason Dudas, CPC Program Director APPROVAL OF AGENDA Mr. Schrepfer made a motion to approve the agenda for the CPCAC August 6, 2003 meeting second by Mr. McGreevy. Motion passed by unanimous vote. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Ms. Mullins to accept the May minutes second by Ms. Sander. Motion passed by unanimous vote. Fire Dept Charity Football * Clip of Battle of the Belles, BB Riverboats Belle of Cincinnati vs Belle of Louisville * Event Coverage Promo CPC REPORT * CPC Update Newsletter has went to the city buildings and libraries * Cable in the Classroom Grants were distributed to the schools * New alarm has been installed and we are now on a separate account from the landlord * New Time Base Correctors have been added to all the channels * Class Teaching Binder has been put together REPORT FROM TBNK * Nothing to report OLD BUSINESS * None NEW BUSINESS * Approval of Digital Transition Plan: Motion to approve the Digital Trasition Plan by Ms. Mullins, second by Mr. Hamm. All present voted aye, motion passed unanimously. CPCAC MEMBER COMMENTS Pam Mullins announced that the African American Hertiage festival is going on Saturday, August 30, 2003. St. Joe's Festival will be aired on Channel 21 all weekend. Seafood Festival will be aired on Channel 22 all weekend. Chris McGreevy thanked the staff for covering the Boone County Fair this week.
