CALL TO ORDER
The CPCAC October 2, 2002 meeting was called to order by Chairman, Pam Mullins.


ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE
Ms. Mullins calls the roll.

Members Absent:  Ted Bushelman, Ken Kraft, John Stephenson, Paul Berk
Also Present:  Mr. Broering, TBNK Executive Director, and Mr. Bryan White, CPC Production Director,

Bryan White Reported:
* Covered the Great inland Seafood Festival
* Ryle Sports Festival
* Boone County Fair Coverage
* Concert in the Park at President's Park
* Cable One covered Florence Ya'll
* Examples of the Digital Hotcakes available for producers
* Showed Clips of the shows we have been doing


TBNK REPORT
* Working on the ACM Spring Conference
* Moving Shutdown of facility

Report from Fall Open House Committee:  Trying to get something together for a Winter Open House or maybe Spring.




NEW BUSINESS
Discussion and Possible Approval of Amendment to CPC Policy and Procedures Manual Concerning Need of Adult Supervision for Children Under the age of 14.

Demonstration of New 2nd CPC Remote Studio Kit with Graphics

Reminder to Send Letters for Reappointment to the CPCAC
