COMMUNITY PROGRAM CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES May 15, 2002 CALL TO ORDER The CPCAC May 15, 2002 meeting was called to order by Chairman, Pam Mullins. ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE Mr. Bushelman calls the roll. Members Present: Jerry Schrepfer, Ted Bushelman, Pam Mullins, Lisa Lay, Chris McGreevy, Paul Berk Members Absent: Ken Kraft Also Present: Mr. Broering, TBNK Executive Director, and Mr. White, CPC Production Director, Jerry Bamberger TBNK Vice-Chair APPROVAL OF AGENDA Mr. Bushelman made a motion to approve the agenda with the addition of the Fall Open House for the CPCAC May 15, 2002 meeting second by Mr. Berk. Motion passed by unanimous vote. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Mr. Bushelman to accept the January minutes, second by Mr. Schrepfer. Motion passed by unanimous vote. CPC OPERATIONS REPORT Bryan White Reported: * High School Basketball coverage was great * Did a tour of the facility with 8th graders * Discussed programming numbers * Newsletter won an honorable mention * Showed clips of: Basketball, Swimming, Professional Wrestling, ProCats in the Paint, Open House Video * Had Open House in April * NAB Trip; discussed equipment TBNK REPORT * Lobby construction finished * Open House; tried to get more organizations involved * Dedicated the studio to Tom Litzler * New marble laminate on set pieces * Upgrading Media 100 software * Remote Studio Kit up and running for CPC users; working on second kit * New Compix character generator * Baseball coverage is starting * New CPC "look", changed to teal * Working on CPC Documentary * Replaced Video Distribution Amps OLD BUSINESS. None. NEW BUSINESS Fall Open House: Ad hoc committee: Paul Berk, Chris McGreevy Wild Wednesday's is coming back to the CPC CPCAC MEMBER COMMENTS Thomas More College Graduation will be airing on CPC Election Coverage will be on May 28th on CPC Channels NEXT MEETING August 7, 2002 ADJOURNMENT Motion made by Mr. Bushelman, second by Mr. Berk.
