MEETING MINUTES
January 9, 2002


CALL TO ORDER
The CPCAC January 9, 2002 meeting was called to order by Chairman, Jerry Schrepfer.


ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE
Mr. Bushelman calls the roll.  
Members Present: Jerry Schrepfer, Ted Bushelman, Pam Mullins, Lisa Lay, Chris McGreevy, Paul Berk and Ken Kraft
Members Absent:  John Stephenson 
Also Present:  Mr. Broering, TBNK Executive Director, and Mr. White, CPC Production Director, Amber Woodruff, Office Manager.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Mr. Bushelman made a motion to approve the agenda for the CPCAC January 9, 2002 meeting second by Mr. McGreevy.  Motion passed by unanimous vote.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion by Mr. Bushelman to accept the December minutes, second by Mr. Schrepfer.  Motion passed by unanimous vote.

CPC OPERATIONS REPORT
Bryan White Reported:
* Staff did first Christmas Show, showed clip.
* Football season is over
* Basketball season is beginning
* The new website is up and running
* Jen is teaching an Adobe Photoshop Class January 23, 2002
* Discussed programming numbers

ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Chairman - Pam Mullins, Vice-Chair-Lisa Lay, Secretary - Ted Bushelman.  All moved by acclamation.  Motion to approve these positions by Mr. Kraft, second by Mr. Berk.  Motion passed by unanimous vote. 

TBNK REPORT
* Discussed the new TGC schedule
* Discussed the new modulators for Government Meetings



OLD BUSINESS.  
Reminder: Photoshop Class - January 23, 2002


NEW BUSINESS
Suggestion Box:  Put suggestion box by Master Control.

Pictures to be taken of CPCAC Members for the website.
