MEETING MINUTES
December 4, 2002


CALL TO ORDER
The CPCAC December 4, 2002 meeting was called to order by Vice Chair, Lisa Lay.

ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE
Ms. Lay calls the roll.  
Members Present: John Stephenson, Lisa Lay, Jerry Schrepfer, Ted Bushelman, and Chris McGreevy
Members Absent: Ken Kraft, Paul Berk, Pam Mullins, and Jerry Bamberger
Also Present:  Mr. Broering, TBNK Executive Director, and Mr. Bryan White, CPC Production Director, 

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Mr. McGreevy made a motion to approve the agenda for the CPCAC December 4, 2002 meeting second by Mr. Stephenson.  Motion passed by unanimous vote.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion by Mr. Bushelman to accept the October minutes second by Mr. Stephenson. Motion passed by unanimous vote.

CPC OPERATIONS REPORT
Bryan White Reported:
* Wrapping up football season             
* Thanks again to the volunteers
* Villa Hills Haunted Trails Show
* Amber, Jen, Shawna Central States Regional Fall Conference
* We are hosting the ACM Central States Regional Spring Conference
* Assisting Boone County Schools with their show "Chalk Talk"
* Blue Chip Awards are coming up, the deadline is end of December
* Production numbers have remained steady
* Showed clips of 2002 Election Coverage, Wild Wednesdays, Covington Tree Lighting Ceremony, Villa Hills Haunted Trail 2002, City of Covington, Best of Football 2002 (highlight package).


TBNK REPORT
* Working on the Lease                 
* ACM Regional Conference     
* Blue Chips
* Work on Studio
* Improved Studio Kits
OLD BUSINESS.  



NEW BUSINESS
* Presentation of Awards
* New CPCAC Members
* New Full-Time Secretary Position - Annie has been moved to full-time
* New Cameras - New cameras JVC 300's for the Studio Kit

CPCAC MEMBER COMMENTS
John Stephenson thanked members, TBNK members will be updating his KY History videos, it has bee nice to serve.

Ted Bushelman mentioned that Cable One would be covering the Boone County Lady Rebel Classic and Thomas More game this weekend.

Lisa Lay said that she appreciated the opportunity to serve on the CPCAC, and that she enjoys public access.

Mr. Bushelman motioned to adjourn the meeting, second by Mr. Schrepfer.  Motion passed by unanimous vote.
